Meet our WEBBY Dance Company Staff! All of our instructors are required to participate in WEBBY Dance Company’s on-going teacher training program. WEBBY teachers are experienced, professional, and caring instructors who are passionate about sharing their love of dance and creative movement with children in preschools and elementary schools.
Miss Liz- Owner & Instructor
Liz Glenn is the proud owner of WEBBY Dance Company of Dayton. In 2003 Liz was introduced to the WEBBY Dance Company program as an instructor throughout the Dayton area. Liz completed her degree in Early Childhood Education from Wright State University in 2007 and within weeks became the owner of WEBBY Dance Company of Dayton.

Miss Abby- Instructor & Office Manager
Since the age of five, Miss Abby has been involved in different areas of dance and cheerleading. She is trained in ballet, tap and jazz/hip hop. Miss Abby loves working with children and loves seeing her students learn while having FUN! She also enjoys training, organizing and preparing new instructors as they join our team! Miss Abby has been a part of the WEBBY Dance Company team since 2013!

Miss Chandler- Instructor
Miss Chandler began dancing in 2016 through color guard and musical theater. She has tumbling experience, cheerleading experience and is currently training in tap at Dayton School of Dance! She is choreographing the Middle School Musical at Madison High School and assistant choreographing the High School Musical as well! She is currently attending Cincinnati State and plans to graduate this summer. Miss Chandler wants to be a physical therapist, focusing on the performing arts!
Miss Valerie- Instructor
Miss Valerie started her dance career at eight years old and studied jazz, ballet, tap, and acro. In high school, she joined her school‘s competition squad and then later joined Impressions dance team in Beavercreek. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and her Master‘s in education, she spent two years on Wright State’s Emerald Jazz dance team performing jazz and hip-hop. Miss Valerie coached a high school dance team in New Carlisle for three years and coached the Centerville Coed Jrs for one year. Miss Valerie joined WEBBY Dance Company in the summer of 2017 after taking time off from her full-time teaching position. She is very excited about working with young children again!
Miss Lori- Instructor
Miss Lori joined the Webby team in 2022. She taught preschool for the past 16 years where she also led music and movement class. She is currently a teacher for the Voyager after school program in Centerville. She studied Early Childhood Education at University of Cincinnati. Miss Lori has always loved working with children and is looking forward to combining her passion of working with children with her love of dance.

Miss RyAnn-Instructor

Miss RyAnn Johnson has been involved in performance art and dance since early childhood. A graduate of the former Colonel White High School for the Arts, she was a triple study in the vocal, theater, and dance performance arts. RyAnn also has majorette and cheer experience. As a CDA certified youth and early childhood education professional, RyAnn has over 13 years of experience as a lead teacher working with all age groups.
Miss DesJaVae-Instructor

Dancing is Miss DesJaVae's very favorite thing to do! She danced in various groups starting at the age of 3. By high school she was dancing at Stivers School for the Arts, cheerleading for their basketball team, and also competing in cheer for TWIGS Kids Cheer Magic Team. In 2013, she graduated from Ohio University with a Minor in Dance Performance and Choreography as well as a specialization in African Dance and Music Studies. She is currently the owner of Femme Fatale Dayton - a dance, aerial, and fitness studio for adults 18+. Miss DesJaVae worked for Webby for 3 years and then took a break to have littles of her own. She is now back for her 4th year and is so excited to share her passion with young and curious minds!
