Meet our WEBBY Dance Company Staff! All of our instructors are required to participate in WEBBY Dance Company’s on-going teacher training program. WEBBY teachers are experienced, professional, and caring instructors who are passionate about sharing their love of dance and creative movement with children in preschools and elementary schools.
Miss Liz- Owner & Instructor
Liz Glenn is the proud owner of WEBBY Dance Company of Dayton. In 2003 Liz was introduced to the WEBBY Dance Company program as an instructor throughout the Dayton area. Liz completed her degree in Early Childhood Education from Wright State University in 2007 and within weeks became the owner of WEBBY Dance Company of Dayton.
Miss Hannah- Instructor & Office Manager
Miss Hannah graduated from the Ohio State University in June 2012 with a degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources. She joined WEBBY Dance Company soon after graduation in 2012. She has diverse dance and cheerleading experience, including: ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, elementary through varsity cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling and hip hop. Miss Hannah loves working with children of all ages! Her other passions include art & design, which she enjoys expressing through her Prop Design for our annual Dance Recitals!
Miss Abby- Instructor & Office Manager
Since the age of five, Miss Abby has been involved in different areas of dance and cheerleading. Abby was a member of Beavercreek’s cheerleading squad, traveling to many area competitions throughout middle school and high school. She is also trained in ballet, tap and jazz/hip hop. Miss Abby loves working with children and loves seeing her students learn while having FUN! She also enjoys training, organizing and preparing new instructors as they join our team! Miss Abby has been a part of the WEBBY Dance Company team since 2013!
Miss Amanda- Instructor
Miss Amanda graduated from Wright State University in 2012 with her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She grew up dancing competitively in jazz, hip-hop, kick and contemporary from age eight through high school. She continued on to dance at Wright State University with the Emerald Jazz Dance Team where she enjoyed teaching at workshops for young dancers throughout the Dayton area. She currently coaches the Beavercreek High School Varsity Dance Team and joined the WEBBY team in the summer of 2017. She loves to work with children sharing her passion for dance
Miss Beth Ann- Instructor
Miss Beth Ann began dancing at the age of 3 years old, training in dance styles such as ballet, modern, jazz, and tap. Her love of dance grew as she participated in her studios competitive dance team as well as their pre-professional ballet company. Miss Beth Ann also danced in Centerville High Schools Dance Program for 4 years. Miss Beth Ann graduated from Sinclair Community College with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant in spring of 2019. Miss Beth Ann currently is the Director of the Centerville Coed Mini Dance Team and Centerville Coeds Recreational Dance Program. She also is the Assistant Director for the Centerville Coed Cuties. Miss Beth Ann joined the WEBBY team in the summer of 2019. Miss Beth Ann loves sharing her passion for dance with her young dancers as well as watching them grow tremendously during each school year!
Miss Bethany- Instructor
Bethany began dance at the age of 5, specifically in ballet, jazz, and tap. She continued her love of dance getting involved in Competitive Dance & Cheer during her high school years. She competed nationally in Florida through UCA both individually and with her Dance & Cheer squad. Bethany received her Middle Childhood Education degree in 2005 and spent 8 years in the classroom. While teaching, Bethany coached both Jr.High and High School Cheerleading for 3 years taking her High School squad to compete in Cheer & Dance competitions at UCA camps. Since stepping away from the classroom Bethany has furthered her license by getting the Ohio Reading Endorsement Certificate. Along with joining Webby in 2018, she supervises Student Teachers for Cedarville University. Bethany enjoys children and watching their smiles and enthusiasm come alive through dance!
Miss Valerie- Instructor
Miss Valerie started her dance career at eight years old and studied jazz, ballet, tap, and acro. In high school, she joined her school‘s competition squad and then later joined Impressions dance team in Beavercreek. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and her Master‘s in education, she spent two years on Wright State’s Emerald Jazz dance team performing jazz and hip-hop. Miss Valerie coached a high school dance team in New Carlisle for three years and coached the Centerville Coed Jrs for one year. Miss Valerie joined WEBBY Dance Company in the summer of 2017 after taking time off from her full-time teaching position. She is very excited about working with young children again!
